Welcome in 2027

We are delighted to announce the 11th Dutch Conference for Biomedical Engineering, taking place on January 27–29, 2027 in Egmond aan Zee. This meeting brings together the full breadth of the Dutch biomedical engineering community and offers a great chance to share your latest work, exchange ideas, and explore new research and funding opportunities.

PhD students are especially welcome to submit their research or plans and to build their network through both oral and poster sessions.

The program will span the wide field of biomedical engineering, including cardiovascular modelling, imaging, surgical technologies, tissue and cell engineering, neural modelling, robotics, telemedicine, biosensing, diagnostics, bionanotechnology, and data analysis.

Biomedical engineering continues to evolve rapidly at the intersection of medical and technical sciences. We therefore warmly invite researchers from both University Medical Centres and technical universities to join the conversation and share their newest insights.
